Timber Jack Vodka
Timberjack Vodka is made
using the old pot still
method, which retains
some of the grain
character from the wort,
and repeated three times
to gain a cleaner spirit and
higher strength, filtration
by charcoal is then
employed to remove
impurities. Timber Jack is
then brought to bottle
strength by the addition of
filtered Black Forest
spring waters. 40% alc/vol

Tejano Festival (Reposado) - A smooth but full
body 100% agave tequila, this quality tequila is
mainly used for straight sipping. A Reposado
Tequila is the first stage of "rested and aged".
The Tequila is aged in wood barrels or storage
tanks between 2 months and 11 months. The
spirit takes on a golden hue and the taste
becomes a good balance between the Agave
and wood flavors. Many different types of
wood barrels are used for aging, with the
most common being American or French oak.
Also referred to as "rested" and "aged".
Tejano Rodeo (Blanco) - This is the 100% Blue
Agave spirit in its purest form. It is clear and
typically un-aged, where the true flavors and
the intensity of the Agave are present, as well
as the natural sweetness. It can be bottled
directly after distillation, or stored in stainless
steel tanks to settle for up to 4 weeks. There
are some Blanco products that are aged for
up to 2 months to provide a smoother or
"Suave" spirit.

Pasion - Pink Tequila

The botanical source of the original drink was the maguey, a
close relative of the cactus. Centered beneath the plant's ring
of long, sharp leaves was a juicy pulp from which the Aztecs
and related tribes were extracting a sort of honey-water, that
when allowed to ferment naturally, was producing a sweet and
intoxicating libation called pulque. Consumed primarily during
religious ceremonies, pulque appears to hold the title to First
Fermented Drink in America.
This family business has been producing Tequila for many
decades and has decided to launch a revolutionary tequila of a
very high quality. The Government of Mexico through offices
like CRT (the equivalent to the French Organization of
Champagne to protect the production and regulation of
Champagne) has granted the new category that appears on
the front of every bottle of Tequila Pasion produced in Mexico
as "BLANCO ROSAS".
The plant is located near the city Guadalajara and produces
other types of tequila that have been sold in the United States,
Europe and Asia for many years.
All Tequilas in the world that are 100% Pure Agave MUST be
bottled, produced and distilled within the region of tequila,
which is Jalisco, Mexico. We proud to be producing the First
PINK 100% PURE AGAVE TEQUILA in the World!
